Our story
Born in Mid-City, built for both ends of the leash.
The Dog House opened in 2024 with one simple idea: happy hour is better with your best friend. We're New Orleans' off-leash dog park and bar, where registered pups play free on the turf while their people enjoy craft cocktails and hot pizza under the pergola on Banks Street.
Co-owners Kelly Robinson and Samantha Chodyla built The Dog House to be the neighborhood's living room: every dog in the yard is vaccinated and vetted, every drink is made with care, and every visit ends with a tired, happy pup.
